Job Description:
Amazon India is looking for passionate, hard-working, and talented fresher graduates for the role of Automation Analyst who can analyze the software products and can help to build innovative & mission-critical system software applications & tools.
As an Automation Analyst at Amazon, you should be responsible for automating the flow of the application as per the business-related project constraints.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meets and/or exceeds the set productivity and accuracy targets.
- Participate in ad-hoc operational projects/initiatives
- Understand operational goals, vision, charter, and process steps
- Follow SOPs as prescribed and provide inputs to improve the process
- Works with business stakeholders to deliver on operational tasks/projects
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution
- Core development experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience in writing clean code quickly
- Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes
- Experience in writing testing frameworks and automation tools is preferable
- Background in test automation using Java and applicable languages.
- Working knowledge of common automation frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG
- Excellent written and spoken communication
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Java programming language and Android preferred
- Experience working closely with multiple teams to effectively communicate the impact of quality issues and addressing them cooperatively.
