Job Description :
DXC Technology is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Technical Support L1.
- Answering help desk telephones for assigned accounts and responding to customer inquiries to ensure customer needs are met.
- Will be working on Technical Support
- Resolving Outlook, VPN, Windows issues
- providing remote support
Knowledge and Skills :
- As a Technical Support L1, You should have Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Good communication skills

- Ability to work in a team environment
Education and Experience Required :
- Graduation in any discipline
- 0-3 years of general experience
