Maintenance at Hatsun Agro Product Ltd

Job Description :

This Role holder is responsible for overall Maintenance activities for the uninterrupted process of Production of Finished goods.

Principal Accountabilities :

• Responsible for Planning for (Preventive Maintenace) of equipment and confirm it with Production as per operational availability.
• Lubrication checking of Critical equipment like (Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Gear Boxes, Compressors, etc.,).
• Responsible for the preventive Maintenance of Pasteurizer, Fill pack Machines, Milk Pumps & Compressors, etc.,
• Checking of Conveyor alignment, abnormal noise, and vibration of machines.
• Responsible for checking of normal movement of horizontal & vertical Jaw, bearing condition, oil leakages & color changes.
• Responsible for monitoring the wear and tear of conveyor chain & sprockets, wheel condition of rotating equipment.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating all the records & logs relevant to standards.
• Responsible for monitoring the proper disposal of waste oil.

Key Interactions :

• Internal: Interact with Maintenance and Production Department.

Knowledge & Skills :

• Knowledge on Machine safety and personnel safety on job.

Skills :

• Communication Skills.

Education & Experience :

• Educational qualifications: Diploma /B.E. Mech

Experience :

• Relevant experience :Fresher / Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
