Executive Trainee (Engineering) at Coats Group

Job Description :

Coats is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as an Executive Trainee. To supervise and coordinate in shifts for DYEING machine and related utility maintenance ( Breakdown and Preventive) to ensure availability of machines for manufacturing

Principal Accountabilities And Key Activities:

• Getting the feedback report from the shift engineer of the previous shift.
• Daily 10 min discussion with the technician about the importance of safety
• As an Executive Trainee, You should follow up on job orders with the technician on a priority basis.
• Discussion with the production executive for production plan
• Discussion with the general shift engineers for machine problem & technician relationship
• Discussion with the production executive for lot failure and feedback to the technician & general shift engineers
• Daily shift wise updating of breakdown history
• Department rounds for machine inspection and discussion with the general shift engineers for the corrective action
• Daily rounds in water plant ETP, ZLD, compressor, and boiler area for inspection and checking the logbook
• Daily mill rounds and the feedback to the mill engineer & Engineering head
• Discussion with the general shift engineers about the spares requirement and machine modification

Education, Qualifications and Experience :

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical & electronics or ECE
• Good communication abilities.
• Technical Expertise in the field.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
