Role & Responsibilities :

• An Android Software Engineer should Build quick Mobile App prototypes on Android and iOS platforms
• Integrate SDK/library developed by Camera AI Team onto Mobile Apps
• Build solution use cases to demonstrate the possibilities and capabilities of SDK/library developed by Camera AI Team

Qualifications and Experience  :

• B.Tech or equivalent (Computer Science / IT / Mathematics / Physics / Electronics ) from a reputed institution with a good academic record.
• 0-2 years of experience in Mobile App development.
• Good at programming, fast coding skills, experience in hackathons and coding competitions
• Hands-on experience with Android App Development / iOS App Development (Front End) especially Camera based apps.
• Hands-on / hobby experience with OpenGL, 2D/3D Computer Graphics, Animation Programming / Mobile Games, etc.
• Qualification : BE/BTech/ME/MTech

About Us :

• ShareChat was founded by three IIT Kanpur alumni, Ankush Sachdeva, Farid Ahsan, and Bhanu Pratap Singh in 2015.
• The trio met at a Yahoo Hackathon and started their journey, fueled with a passion for building products for India. Their experimentation continued until they built their 14th product – ShareChat.
• While working on their penultimate project, Opinio, a debating platform, they came across a Facebook post with a WhatsApp logo and few photographs of the Indian cricket maestro, Sachin Tendulkar.
• To take their experiment further, they created 10 WhatsApp groups on Sachin Tendulkar with 100 members each. Within minutes, these groups were flooded with all kinds of content including – jokes, pictures, videos, etc. and the biggest surprise was that most of the content was in the users’ primary language.
