Job Description :

Nokia is looking for a will experienced Applied Research and Development Engineer in the following areas such as :

• Manages and executes complex integration.
• engineering and delivery of Solutions in the CEM/Analytics domain to Customers.
• requiring knowledge in multiple technology areas.

Roles :

• Manages client engagements with Solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
• Builds understanding and preference for Nokia Products and Solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.
• Should possess multi-cultural work experience.
• Demonstrates significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients’ business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities in CEM/Analytics area.
• Leads training, development, and coordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams on all facets of Customer engagements.
• Must excel as a champion of execution efficiency and customer delight.
• Takes e2e ownership of the Program and works pro-actively and seamlessly to ensure customer delight and timely deliveries.
• Engage closely with a Customer to design & develop CEM/Analytics Solutions to fulfill customer’s needs by understanding the customer’s challenges and architectures, turning that into a customer solution.
• Deliver CEM/Analytics solution services to Customers including later maintenance, upgrade, and operations’ support as needed.
• Manages the implementation of all technical aspects.
• Monitors project execution progress and ensure that all deliverables are within the frame of agreed contracts and milestones.
• Proposes and implements risk mitigation.
• Able to demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
• Ensure smooth field deployment and System Integration.
• Acts as a primary management interface to the customer ensuring good customer satisfaction and developing the customer relationship.
• Network and collaborate with the following teams – R&D, Business Line, Region, and Sub-Region PMO, Global Services, Pre-sales and drive the delivery milestones efficiently.

Basic Qualifications :

• B.Tech / BE Computer Science or Telecommunications from a reputable institution.
• Applied Research and Development Engineer PMP certification.
• Experienced in delivering large programs in the Telecom domain using BigData/Hadoop and/or SOA/Enterprise Application and Middleware Technologies.
• Knowledge of IT architectures, Cloud deployment procedures, and methods.
• Experienced in Project delivery practicing Agile Methodologies, DevOps tools, and processes.
• Strong understanding of mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G).
