T2S Software Solutions is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a BPO And Customer Service Executive with Excellent English communication skills, Flexible to work in Fixed night shifts, Any International Voice from Customer support, sales background can apply and also for International Voice Experience.

About Roles And Responsibilities:

  • BPO and Customer Service, Customer care executive, Customer care, CCR, CSE, CCA, Voice Process, International BPO, Call Center, International Call Center, Voice Support, Inbound, Customer Support, Customer Care Executive, Inbound, Technical Support.
  • The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information.
  • The individual should be able to understand the client’s complaints and work upon resolving them.
  • The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of the customer.

Requirements And Skills :

  • Customer Service.
  • Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
  • Both freshers as well as experienced candidates can apply.
  • Candidate should have good client servicing skills.
