Job Description :

As our new Data Privacy Manager, you will be part of the expanding IT security team in Global IT and you will be working closely with application owners, architects, and project managers in Global IT, the Corporate Compliance Department, and the Legal Department to ensure all personal data related projects and initiatives are managed according to applicable laws.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and assess personal data risks, and assist in their mitigation according to the business priorities and applicable laws
• Manage data privacy initiatives in IT and ensure continuous progress on these
• Provide input to Ramboll’s IT Security architecture as well as the Information Security Management System currently under development
• Facilitate and assist Global IT teams in development of processes and standards to ensure protection of personal data
• Participate in applicable IT and Data Privacy audits, and follow up on corrective action plans
• Provide Data Privacy advisory services to both Global IT and Ramboll business units
• As a Data Privacy Manager, You should provide support for security incidents concerning breach (or possible breach) of personal data
• Manage all Data Privacy reporting on behalf of Global IT
• Train and educate Global IT employees on IT specific Data Privacy matters.

Qualification :

• Minimum 3 years of experience working Data Privacy
• Strong experience with EU/GDPR and other international privacy legislations
• Relevant privacy certifications like CIPP, CIPM, CIPT etc.
• Experience with international frameworks like ISO27001/2, ISO27701 and ITIL

• Solid understanding of how IT and business processes are linked
• Thorough understanding of IT’s role in protecting personal data
• Strong management, negotiation and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a complex multicultural and multi-time zone organisation.
• Fluent English skills – written as well as verbal.
