Job Description :
As a Full Stack Engineer at Verizon, You will interact with Business Architects, Subject Matter Experts, Network Analysts, Network Module Leads, and Project managers to implement unique solutions for complex problems using microservices and Java.
Responsibilities :
- Design and develop microservices/APIs using either Java/Spring boot.
- Experience in API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML and SOAP
- Deliver high performance, scalable application.
- Develop with performance, scalability and security as prime factors.
- Deliver a complete service implemented for the design provided with a good throughput time.
- Coordinate the workflow between the Application teams and other interfacing systems.
- Create Project Technical Documentation.
- Interact with Application teams and interfacing teams for interface requirement and document necessarily.
Knowledge & Experience :
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of work experience.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience in system integration.
- Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- As a Full Stack Engineer at Verizon, You should have experience in defining, analyzing and reviewing architecture on microservices and Java platform
- Experience in integrating microservices with other systems.
- Knowledge of Chabot platforms and more than 6 months of working experience in the development of Chabot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies.
- Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Design and develop microservices/APIs using either Java/Spring boot
- Experience in API concepts and technologies such as REST, JSON, XML and SOAP
- Knowledge of the full development lifecycle.
- A strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is critical.
Even better if you have:
- Two or more years of relevant work experience in VUI or conversational design in or around contact centers and/or enterprise virtual assistants.
- Experience collaborating with conversational AI and contact center developers.
- Demonstrable experience designing and/or deploying VUI / IVR flows for enterprise contact centers.
- Certification or expertise in at least one of the following platforms: GCP Dialogflow ES, CX or CCAI.
