Job Description :

Hitachi ABB Power Grids is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as an HMI Developer.

Responsibilities :

• Develop software solution using process automation technologies like Wonderware Intouch, System platform, ArchestrA platform and FSGateway.
• Scripting & SCADA Screen Development, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Wonderware system.
• Integrated application over various protocol such as OPC UA/DA/AE, Modbus, ECAT & Suitelink.
• An HMI Developer should Maintain the previous database of graphics and fix the reported issues in the HMI to ensure delivery of a quality product.
• Standardized the graphics developed using the Wonderware Intouch Archestra Object development.
• Code & maintain SQL Scripts for data storing, trending and reporting of critical parameters.
• Co-ordination with other departments to understand their requirements and deliver accordingly.
• Learn web development languages like HTML, CSS & JavaScript to migrate the current graphics to web-based HMI’s.
• Meet the required project KPIs – Process adherence, on time delivery, quality and budget/efficiency.

Qualification :

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Instrumentation, Electrical, Communication Engineering.
• 2-3 Years of relevant working experience on Wonderware products.
• Experience in developing Archestra objects, tag generation and developing HMI graphics for any utility process.
• Experience in Industrial HMI, Gateway & SCADA development lifecycle.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting of FSGateway where mastered Modbus/ Suitelink to OPC protocol conversion.
• Scripting knowledge like VBA, C & C++ or HTML, Java Script is an added advantage.
