Job Description :

Trimble is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as an IT Asset Administrator.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Inventory of CIS Assets
• Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware Assets in the CMDB right from their introduction to their retirement
• Plan, monitor and record IT assets including asset tagging
• Apply a continuous improvement in tracking corporate IT assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle
• Ensure effective management of the CMDB and that the content contained is accurate
• Digitization of Asset lifecycle records  and uploading in to CMDB Portal. 
• Maintenance of departmentwide detailed stock
• Ensuring end user level asset record accuracy 
• Perform physical verification of hardware assets and confirm hardware assets matching with actual inventory in CMDB , and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
• Ensure process efficiency by suggesting improvements to the process continuously
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning assets
• An IT Asset Administrator should collaborate with helpdesk teams, end-users  for Asset distribution, and Asset collections.
• Handling of Asset related logistics.
• Generate and distribute various reports weekly/ monthly basis, including compliance reports on current assets their status
• Co-ordinate with finance for asset related compliance audits and reports
• Communicate any needed Asset related  changes with clients in a timely manner

 Qualifications/Skills:

• Master’s degree in commerce 
• Strong knowledge on Bonded warehouse documentation 
• Proficiency in Microsoft office 
• Proficiency in Inventory Management
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly skilled in math and inventory
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Working knowledge of business processes
