Fidelity Investments is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Lead Cyber Security. The designated position will be a part of the India Information Security Office. This team is responsible for Information security oversight and governance.  India ISO sets FMR INDIA’s strategy, policy, and standards for the security of and operations in cyberspace. We focus on threat reduction, vulnerability reduction, deterrence, international engagement, incident response, resiliency, and recovery policies and activities.

Responsibilities :

  • You will focus on analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering solutions built to stop adversaries and strengthen our operations.
  • You will drive security awareness sessions across all BU functions
  • Participate in business consulting meetings with BU leadership teams
  • You will use your skills to give guidance, best practice advice and support across all our business and technology groups.
  • You will deploy best practices, new policies, and emerging trends to strengthen our strategic roadmap and keep management and stakeholders in the loop
  • As a Lead Cyber Security,you will participate and at times lead / program manage regional roll out of strategic global projects
  • you will be committed to watching over threat data, as well as finding innovative new ways to protect it in the future
The Skills that are Key to this role
Technical / Behavioral
  • Ability to identify network attacks and systemic security issues as they relate to threats and vulnerabilities, with focus on recommendations for enhancements or remediation
  • Providing support to the lines of business and Insider Threat team on DLP control coverage and effectiveness, and assisting with acceptance of control enhancements
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) indicators, incorporating business, regulatory, and privacy requirements while ensuring platform stability.
  • Hosting workshops to identify threats and control gaps, demonstrate new DLP tools and techniques, and to develop appropriate triage procedures
  • Leading data loss incident response, risk reviews, and vulnerability assessments
  • Keen understanding of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to financial industry cybersecurity
The Skills that are Good to Have for this role
  • Understanding of Data Loss Prevention and related tools and Incident handling.
  • Demonstrated success in assessing, identifying, and addressing information risks related to Business 
  • Deep subject matter expertise in information security and foundational knowledge and experience with / exposure to all other relevant risk disciplines (data privacy, legal and regulatory compliance, and general business risk)
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly, work comfortably with ambiguity, and manage multiple tasks successfully
  • Strong commitment to customer service, stakeholder relationships, and high impact communications across all organizational levels
  • Good to have knowledge on Information security operations, data protection, infrastructure security and information security governance, endpoint, server-side security, and cloud computing
  • Strong working knowledge of current workplace productivity and collaboration tools, especially Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint, Excel, Planner, and Teams)
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels
  • Excellent analytical, communication and report writing skills
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills enabling productive outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with an ability to work effectively with senior management, think conceptually, and interact with others using strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills
 The Expertise We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of IT experience
  • Graduate
  • Desired certifications – CISSP, CISA/CISM, CCSP
  • Collaborative with ability to manage relationships across multiple functional areas
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Internal controls / assurance review tools and practices
