Job Description :

Baker Hughes is looking for a highly motivated candidate ready to play a key role as a Lead Manufacturing Specialist. Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize energy extraction, production, and processing. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Responsiblity  :

  • To coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material/production needs.
  • Develops an operational year plan for the own manufacturing activities. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
  • Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
  • Optimizing inventory and process improvements.
  • As a Lead Manufacturing Specialist, You are responsible to exchange data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures
  • Handling standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions.
  • Having processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Leading a small manufacturing unit or a part of a bigger unit with a budget > $ 1.5 million.

Qualification :

  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
  • Leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
