Qualification & Experience :

• Strong experience in sales support, supply chain, purchasing, or order desk.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented
• Experience in SAP ERP
• Global Supply Chain Management a plus
• Related degree, certification, and technical abilities preferred
• Experience working in the mining, engineering, or construction-related industry
• Understanding of global logistics network
• Strong familiarity with IT tools and ERP/integrated system (SAP)
• Valid passport for international travel and driver’s license for local travel must be maintained

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Sales order backlog monitoring and communication to different market areas
• Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders
• Expediting coordination for all sales orders
• Communication of order changes to all stakeholders involved
• Communication between Logistics, Master Data, Operative purchasing, Availability, Management, and Customer Care
• Other supply chain-related exception tasks

Skills and Abilities :

• As an Order Management Specialist, You should have the Capability to articulate and communicate topics within the area of expertise
• A high level of computer skills is essential – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines
• Language skills (written, listening, and oral): English (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural and multi-language atmosphere
• Global mindset
• Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making, and working in a fast-paced environment
