Job Description :

Wipro is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Production Specialist.

Responsibilities :

• Processing of Invoice
• Day to day query resolution and timely resolution of process escalations
• Month Closing
• Processing of reports for Business controllers
• Performance dashboards
• Adhoc reports as required
• Meeting SLA
• Preparation of Dashboard Reports
• As a Production Specialist, you should handle the client calls and Escalation process
• Measuring KPI’s
• Preparation of Business / Process review deck
• Quality Initiatives

Preferred Skills / Qualifications :  

• Good Team Management Skills
• Commerce Graduate, Post Graduate
• 0-1 Year of work experience in Accounts Payable, BPO experience will be an advantage
• Excellent communication is mandatory
