Qualcomm is looking for Program Specialist who can be able to work with seniority position.

• Resource Planning for multiple concurrent Chip development projects across multiple sites and across multiple market segments.
• Accurate forecast of resource requirements, gaps analysis and ensuring actuals closely track the forecast are key result areas.
• Implement automation to ensure accuracy and reduce turnaround time Tracking SOC NRE, analyzing, creating models for forecast.
• High level of accuracy is required as product approval decisions are influenced by the analysis results
  Engineering Services Vendor management
  Weekly reporting of Ops highlights and plans to site leads, Engineering department leads and executive management

Minimum Qualifications for the Program Analyst

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly organize and articulate information
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent analytical skills and eye for detail
• 5-10 years of experience in Engineering & Operations Management, preferably in Semiconductor companies
• Hands-on expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point

Preferred Qualifications for Program Analyst:

Experience in Semiconductor domain (not mandatory)
