Qualifications Needed for the Post of Project Manager

• B.E/B.Tech with 10+ years of experience in Embedded product domain or Medical devices V&V domain
• Should have strong knowledge on System testing
• Expertise in process, procedures, SOP’s, Tools, Automation Framework
• Good documentation practices and FDA guidelines
• Expertise in Preparing System Test Plans, Strong Review process, Traceability Matrices.
• Strong working Knowledge in Application Life cycle Management for Requirements Traceability , Coverage ,Execution of Test cases, Status update and Defect tracking and customized Report generations.
• Working knowledge on Medical Simulator /Emulator
• Strong working Knowledge of Test strategy
• Creation of verification and validation plans, test specifications and Test environment and Lab Setup for requirements
• Should have experience in Agile / Scrum Methodology
• Experience in people management and operation aspects of projects
