Job Description :

Walmart Global Tech is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a SAMS Support Engineer.

Responsibilities :

  • Independently own and address and resolve application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Plan, execute, and implement applications and configuration change procedures
  • Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
  • Maintain good professional relationships with counterparts of engineering, Platform support, and end-Users, etc.
  • SAMS Support Engineer should Gain and maintain expertise inflow of application process and systems related to the domain
  • Flexibility – responsibilities may require occasional evening and weekend work

Qualifications : 

  • knowledge of operating systems, Databases, application stacks, and network systems.
  • Previous experience dealing with support cases or requests via e-mail, telephone, and in person.
  • Basic systems, software engineering, and Architecture knowledge.
  • Ability to code/Script in Mobile apps either on IOS or android and working knowledge of SQL and Databases.
  • Should have knowledge of coding debuging the Applications built on Java services, Azure, OMS /IMS.
  • Should have Experience of 2-4 years.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Listening ability and patience.
  • Critical thinking, complex Problem Solve, and Troubleshoot.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
