Job Description :

Gainwell Technologies is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities :

• Automation of build, Packaging, and Release Management activities.
• Troubleshoot build issues impacting the environment and arrive at solutions to fix them.
• Senior DevOps Engineer contributes to CICD Pipeline implementation.
• Automate deployments and upgrades of COTS and databases and implement the solution.
• Willing to learn Jenkins pipelines, Groovy scripting, cloud vendor-agnostic packaging, and deployment automation.

Qualifications : 

• 5+ years of experience in TFS/VSTS/Azure DevOps source code administration.
• Experience in MS Build and Windows scripting capabilities (e.g.: PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience in building Ansible Playbook for deployments in Windows server environments.
• Hands-on expertise in continuous integration and deployment automation.
• Troubleshooting and fixing deployment issues.
• Expertise on container-based deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of product design and or systems development experience.
• Analytical and design skills at multiple product levels.
• Communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and management and for providing documentation to relevant parties.
• Good problem-solving skills for the design and debugging of products and good data analysis and software testing skills to test modifications and enhancements.
• Creative thinking and design skills.
• Skills in research and analysis, project planning, and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.
