Job Description :

Supply Chain Analyst for Supplier onboarding team position is responsible to manage end-to-end supplier life cycle to leverage relationships across the enterprise to achieve the best total value. Manage onboarding 3rd party suppliers engaged with both direct & indirect purchasing through Ariba Network. The Analyst will drive the effort to connect with suppliers and provide strategic & tactical guidance for their connectivity through the Ariba Network. You will be required to effectively manage the supplier effectively. This role reports to the Manager of Strategic Sourcing based out of Chennai. Our purchasing power combined with your skills and expertise will help us maintain our market-leading position.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end Supplier Onboarding Lifecycle. Maintain compliance and Statutory Requirements across all regions to ensure accuracy of supplier profiles.
  • Responsible for handling multi-tenanted supplier onboarding ecosystem.
  • Enable suppliers to transact online over the Ariba Network platform.
  • Provides advisory various Suppliers to resolve complex issues and best practices.
  • Suggests continuous improvements and undertakes initiatives in making the supplier onboarding/vendor management process future-ready.
  • Partners with Risk team, external supplier team, and other internal stakeholders (namely, Procurement, Accounts Payable and Vendor Maintenance Team.
  • As a Supply Chain Analyst, You should be responsible for maintaining High Quality and Audit standards of the process.
  • Working in the strategic sourcing category experts/Category Managers/Category Directors in an agile way, switching between categories with a large supply base to meet business demands.
  • Managing the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department by ensuring the KPIs are met.
  • Preparing periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
  • Define and track supplier enablement metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders through standard & ad hoc reports.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
  • Market knowledge of different compliance documentations.
  • Experience in Strategic Sourcing.
  • Experience in Ariba, SAP, Google Suite & Microsoft Suite applications.

Even better if you have:

  • A degree.
  • Certifications in CPSM/CPM/CIPS/CSCP.
  • Ability to lead meetings/conference calls and give presentations to large audiences.
  • Ability to develop work products and deliverables, contribute to structure of work products, and provide ideas for improvement.
  • Willingness to continuously learn new tools, solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to support engagement in conducting interviews, coordinating business workshops to collaborate with stakeholders through Design Thinking approaches.
  • Ability to work independently, as directly, with limited supervision.
  • Willingness to work in other shifts, as needed, to meet work project completion requirements.
