Job Description :

Accenture is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Team Leader. You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans.

The Accenture Post Trade Processing (APTP) team focuses on the life cycle of trade settlements from the middle office to the back office. The team is responsible for the processing of trade settlements and deals with products like equity, fixed income, and derivatives. The role may require you to have expertise around trade validation, pre-matching, trade execution, and post-trade settlements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
• You are required to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, and keep the team updated on change
• Your primary upward interactions are with your direct supervisor
• You may interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• A Team Leader will be provided with guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• You would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.
