Specific Responsibilities
· Provide Technical coaching to the Development teams for S/W Engineering Practices / Tools
· Engage with Senior Management towards meeting Platform Development goals & KPIs/Metrics
· Quickly establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to help them in their journey of adopting Agile methodology
· Assess the current organization and delivery environment and recommend optimal Agile practices tailored to the client
· Influence at all levels of an organization and help implement recommended changes
· Prepare and deliver effective communications both verbally and orally regarding progress and status for both internal and client teams
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science, Masters in Engg / MCA or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in S/W Development management experience / Platform Engineering
· Ability to understand the development bottlenecks and establish solutions (people / process / technology)
· Ability to help teams write user stories/epics, identify dependencies, and design optimal solutions
· Flexibility to work with teams, individuals and executives and willingness to help with a wide variety of work products and people
· Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
