Cognizant is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a Technical Consultant for Business Technology.

Role : Point of Sale Production Support Technical Consultant

Domain Must Have : Retail, FMCG

Responsibilities :

• 24 x 7 On-call Cloud POS Operations support and maintenance for North America Region
• Technical Support L2/L3 and Development
• Technical Triaging and remediation of NuCommerce Point of Sale
• Managing large sized POS Support & Development teams for support rollout, ITSM Management, POS Development in Agile mode.

• Java, Python, JavaScript, Cucumber, Junit, Aurora Server-less DB (PostgreSQL), MS SQL Express, PostgreSQL, H2 DB SumoLogic,  Maven, Gradle, GitLab, AWS, EC2, Lambda, Terraform, HTML5, microservice architecture, Spring, MS SQL Express, Aurora Server-less DB (PostgreSQL), H2 DB, SumoLogic,  Maven, Gradle, GitLab, AWS, EC2, Lambda, Terraform
• OS/Platform: Backoffice (Windows 2012), Register (windows 10), CO (Linux); Backoffice (Windows 2003, 2008, 2012), Register (Windows XP, Windows 10), CO (Linux).  (Nucommerce skill is not a mandate)
