Job Description :

Barclays is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a UAT Test Analyst.

Risk and Control Objective :

Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.

• Raise Risk Issues to UAT Planning & Execution Manager  
• Raise RAID Issues to UAT Planning & Execution Manager

Create and Execute the UAT Test Scripts.

What will you be doing?

UAT Planning: 

• Create and update the UAT Test Approach document 
• Documenting of Test Script/s Documenting and approval
• Peer Review of Test Scripts
• Create Test Data Setup (request or tester creates) 

UAT Execution: 

• Create UAT Execution Tracker and daily update the UAT Execution Tracker 
• Test Execution – logging into the systems and completing the testing
• Working with the Impacted functions to complete testing
• Documenting of the UAT Observations Triage Categorization for the daily Triage Call
• Defect re-testing 
• Test Execution – logging into the systems and completing the testing
• Documenting the test outcome to present back to the business 

UAT Reporting: 

•  Adhoc Reporting

Risk & Control: 

•    Ensuring Approvals for Test Scripts and other Artefacts are archived

• Previous Business UAT Test Scripting & Execution 
• Business User Tester
• Confident verbal and written Communicator
• As a UAT Test Analyst,You should have ability to read, interpret, and articulate information
• Ability to challenge Status Quo 
• Agile Learner & ability to ‘playback’ the learning when required
• Ability to influence challenging stakeholders
