Zomentum is looking for a highly talented visual designer who can translate business requirements into inspiring designs that will delight, engage, and emotionally connect with our audience.

Zomentum enables IT channel partners to grow their business, add new customers, connect the dots, and spread their value. We provide an all-in-one solution with various product modules that enables them to do just that. In short, Zomentum creates growth momentum. Zomentum is funded by Accel and SAIF Partners.

The web designer is responsible for the design, maintenance, and evolution of our website. Responsibilities also involve web development (graphics, styling, and templates). He will work closely with product marketing teams to analyze and understand brief requirements. Create responsive pixel-perfect layouts for product websites and campaign pages.

Roles :

• Website design.
• Creating and building new landing pages as part of the marketing campaigns.
• UX and UI design of the website.
• Ensuring consistency of the visual website designs as we grow.
• Visual Designer maintains the quality and accuracy of the code.
• Create reusable front-end components.
• Visual Designer is responsible and delivers marketing assets like brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, illustrations, motion graphics, etc.
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Ability to understand business deliverables, and take ownership end to end accordingly.

Qualifications :

• Proven work experience (3-6 years) as a web & graphic designer.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to designers.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
