Customer Support Representative at Infoblox helps maintain high satisfaction and engagement among our customers. In this role, you will engage with Infoblox customers and partners to ensure that their product-related queries (non-technical) are addressed on time. This involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web, diagnosing\/analyzing problems, and providing non-technical workarounds.
