{"id":1912,"date":"2021-05-17T17:34:32","date_gmt":"2021-05-17T12:04:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/edubuzz360.com\/jobs\/?p=1912"},"modified":"2021-05-17T17:34:36","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T12:04:36","slug":"helpdesk-representative-at-ncr-global","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/edubuzz360.com\/jobs\/2021\/05\/17\/helpdesk-representative-at-ncr-global\/","title":{"rendered":"Helpdesk Representative at NCR Global"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Job Description :<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Helpdesk representative for ATM Incident Management, the role would closely monitor ATM-based incidents to observe critical \/ non-critical incident and take appropriate actions to resolve such incidents within the prescribed SLA for delivering the highest possible ATM Uptime as per our contract with the customers\/banks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This position requires the ability to act as a single point of contact for NCR Financial customers with Incident Management Services; Accountable for continuously receiving and handling high volumes of customer calls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Monitor ATM networks for NCR&#8217;s customers, through NCR in-house Incident Management systems and tools.<\/li><li>Determine priority based on problem information and documented guidelines and use tools to remotely access customer equipment to diagnose and resolve customer problem<\/li><li>Managing the inbound volume of voice and mail requests from MS customer and channel partners and assist in providing accurate and complete information.<\/li><li>Escalate customer problems both internally and externally, when required, according to defined escalation paths.<\/li><li>Consistent and effective follow-up mechanism with various contracted vendors\/channel partners of NCR to be followed to ensure timely resolution of incidents.<\/li><li>Requires rotation in work hours involving weekends, holidays, or extended hours.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Basic Qualifications:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Graduate \/ High School Diploma (from any stream).<\/li><li>0-1 year related experience. Preferably from the ATM industry (Banking\/ATM MSP).<\/li><li>Basic understanding of ATM fault Management &amp; call management procedures.<\/li><li>Basic PC\/Microsoft Office skills and telephone
