We, at Edubuzz360 are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognise your need for appropriate protection and management of any “Personal Information” you share with us. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using any of our websites, mobile sites, mobile app etc. (hereinafter ‘Platforms’), then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

The types of Personal Information that we collect and hold :

We collect information about you or your usage to provide better services to all of our users. We may collect the following information:

  • Your name, Contact information such as email address and phone number
  • Demographic information such as residential address, postcode, preferences and interests and
  • Education history, achievements and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers, and registrations to our events and products.
  • Many of our services require you to register on edubuzz360.com. When you register, we will ask for personal information, such as your name, educational interest, email address and telephone number etc. to give the information that you need.
  • To provide you additional services like Resume Designing or updating you about the Jobs recommended for you, we may collect your profile information such as, but not limited to education background, date of birth.
  • You may supply your Personal Information to us when communicating with us via social networks and other online channels, e.g. through your Instagram / Facebook Ads or WordPress Forms.
  • We may collect information like application number, roll number, date of birth, category, gender, etc. if you are looking for jobs. We use such personal only information only to review your eligibility and provide detailed analysis / results of the test based on that. We collect such information and process your request only if it is authorised by you. We do not share such information with any other entities.
  • To help us understand your requirements and tailor the communications that we send you on our products and services that you might be interested in, for Internal record keeping and also to enhance our products and services
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of terms of services of Edubuzz360 platforms.
  • Users must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and Terms and use , respect all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties
  • You must keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
  • Edubuzz360 operates channels, pages and accounts on some social media sites to inform, assist and engage with you. We monitor and record comments and posts made on these channels to improve its products and services.
  • Please note that you must not communicate with us through such social media sites on the following information –
    (i) Sensitive personal data including information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, data concerning health or data concerning a natural person’s sex life or sexual orientation and (ii) other sensitive personal data such as criminal convictions and offences and national identification number. We donot appreciate these. (iii) Excessive, inappropriate, offensive or insulting information towards individuals. Such Accounts shall be disabled / deleted directly by the Admin without any warning.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
