On 15th September, the Indian Institute Managements have announced big changes in the CAT 2020 exam pattern which is scheduled on 29th November.
Changes in revised exam patterns:
- Duration: Exam will be held for 120 minutes and not for 180 minutes.
- Sessions: The exam will be conducted in 3 sessions instead of 2 sessions
- Time limit: 40 minutes per section – Verbal ability, Data interpretation, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative aptitude. Switching between sections is not allowed.
Registration is extended till September 23.
Details regarding the pattern change will be disclosed on September 20 along with the number of questions per section. Mock tests/tutorials and the new exam pattern will be published on CAT official website.
