Informatica is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as an Associate Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing and implementing UI and Backend components that form the core of our various MDM solutions. This role will require experience designing and implementing highly scalable, customizable, extendible technical components that are high performing. This role will work with Program Managers, Product Architects, Product Managers, Dev and QA engineers on a day to day basis in designing and building technical components.

Job Responsibilities :

• You should have Experienced in automated tests for both native iOS and Android applications, Hybrid applications, and Web applications.

Job Description :

The Support Analyst will have a chance to lead the charge in resolving issues and also provide hands-on support for Gogo’s Corporate internal staff. The Support Analyst will provide exceptional technical support and will be interacting with a diverse group located across the globe. Gogo’s Service Desk is not an ordinary help desk. The Service Desk is empowered to resolve all issues from minor L1 through challenging L3 issues. 

Responsibilities :

• Handling day to day helpdesk support issues;
• Hardware & Software Installations (Desktop & Server Level);
• Imaging / Reimaging of Laptops for deployment – MS SCCM, InTune and AutoPilot;
• Patch Management deployment – Software Package installations;
• Document and publish documentation in our internal Wiki and Knowledge Bases (Confluence);
• Timely and of high quality response to support requests;
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve superior customer service;
• Develop skills to become progressively proficient within areas of responsibility

Qualifications :

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ year of technical help desk support experience
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs
• Hands-on technical help desk support experience to include:
• Handling performance issues in a Windows and macOS environment;
• Network troubleshooting skills (IP, Switch, Cabling, etc…);
• Windows Server based systems management and administration;
• Imaging / Application Deployments;
• Understanding of the entire MS Office suite of applications, including Office365;
• Familiarity with VoIP telephony and mobile device support;
• Knowledge of MS Active Directory (Groups, Policies, Security, etc.);
• Current A+ Certification or the ability to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment;
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
• Requirement gathering and analysis skills;
• Self-motivated and insatiable hunger to learn.

Additional Considerations :

• SCCM, InTune, AutoPilot, MDM and Sharepoint skills;
• Certifications in Windows 7 or 8, Network+, and/ or Microsoft Server Technologies;
