Freshworks is looking for a highly motivated teammate ready to play a key role as a partner Marketing Associate. We are on the lookout for self-directed, multi-faceted marketing professional to join our partner marketing team and drive marketing collaboration with ISV partners. Successful candidates must have prior marketing experience and must use this understanding to build and execute marketing activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support partner recruitment and onboarding team to identify and recruit new partners through tailored marketing campaigns
- Prepare and execute co-marketing programs focused on driving mutual benefits to partners and Freshworks. This can include but is not limited to blogs, webinars, events, online and offline campaigns, and more. Build and maintain marketing calendar for all activities
- As a Partner Marketing Associate, You should Allocate, plan, and track the effective utilization of marketing development funds by partners.
- Understand the need for and facilitate content creation by way of videos, presentation decks, integration pages, case studies, and other marketing collateral to drive value through business channels by Freshworks and partners.
- Collaborate with ISV partner and cross-functional teams such as partner business development, product marketing, channel marketing, customer success, digital marketing, etc. to drive best-in-class marketing initiatives
- Own all related marketing metrics to measure the success of the activities – demand generation numbers, payback, conversion, and other KPIs based on identified KRAs
- Manage allocated budget with reliability and own ROI
- Be a voice for the partner network within the company
Preferred Qualification :
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing
- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, and problem-solving
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in the complex and challenging work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, or similar streams

The BI Developer needs to be well versed with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack having strong skills and experience in developing, publishing, and scheduling Qliksense, Qlik visual reports, and dashboards as per business requirements.
This position will support the development of custom reports and dashboards using data from multiple sources which includes case management data from multiple CRM instances and embed the reports and dashboards in other applications using embedded analytics such as Qliksense, Qlik service, or by API automation.
